HELLO EVERYONE!

  Hi,

  my name is Yonata. I come from Indonesia and i am currently taking my master degree of Computer Science in Munich, Germany. I decided to focus on data mining and machine learning in my study. I have been searching for learning resources and find this site really interesting. The community seems to be still young and there are a lot of learning stuffs.

  Hope that i can extend my knowledge in this community and of course learn together. Nice to meet you all! :)

  Actually i have a question regarding the research of machine learning. We are also learning stuffs such as neural networks and genetic algorithm (which are usual in Germany) in the lectures. But i also heard that the current research area is dominated by Bayesian probability theory. Could someone give me some informations regarding this question?
